Shipping policy

Digital products

Digital products such as patterns and gift cards are delivered shortly after checkout. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the PDF. You can then view the file on your device or print it.

Physical products

Physical products are shipped from our U.S. address. We process orders within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays). You'll receive an email when your order has shipped. Please note that some shipments may be delayed by one to two days due to a high volume of orders and other factors beyond our control.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to cancellation. Nest Creative Works is not responsible for packages that do not arrive if they are lost or stolen in transit.

Shipping rates

United States: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $79 ship for free.

Rest of the world (outside the U.S.): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Sales tax, customs duties:

United States: When applicable, sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout.

Rest of the world (outside the U.S.): Our prices don't include any customs duties or import taxes. You may owe these upon delivery. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
