Pattern description

Top-Down Colorwork Sweater Knitting Pattern

The Boreas Sweater knitting pattern showcases an intricate colorwork pattern on the yoke and cuffs, inspired by woven textiles created by my mother, who introduced me to knitting and other crafts at a very early age.

It’s as much a heritage piece as it is an ode to the subtle, misty morning colors in the fall Adirondack Mountains in New York State. The colors and shapes dance together in harmony, with the yoke being the principal star of the sweater.
